Using this site
By using floriyeah.com you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the site, and not to submit false information on our forms.
Quotes and estimates
Prices shown on the site are current at the time of publishing and may change. A specific quote we send you is valid for 14 days unless we say otherwise. Work begins after we mutually agree on scope in writing (email counts) and receive any required deposit.
Ownership of your website
When your project is paid in full, you own the final website — the design, the content you provided, and your domain. We keep the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Care Plan and subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions (like the Care Plan or Review Engine) renew each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time by emailing contact@floriyeah.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate partial months.
Communications and SMS
By contacting us or submitting a form, you agree we may reply by email or phone. If you check the SMS consent box on a form, you also agree we may send recurring automated text messages related to your quote, project, and services. Reply STOP to opt out. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Third parties
Some parts of your website may depend on third-party services (hosting, email, payment processors, Google, etc.). We're not responsible for outages or changes to those services, but we'll help you work through them.
Disclaimers and limits
The site and services are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, FloriYEAH's total liability for any claim related to the site or services is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
